A Lesson in Electronic Mail

This is a very straightforward article. It provides a brief presentation at a high level from network communications. It seems that the objective of the paper was to convince readers to use e-mail in organizations. The only interesting and somehow controversial point is about the textual nature of e-mail. With the evolution of e-mail, it is true that more and more of complex e-mail is circulating. As more people have access to better e-mail readers, attachments are embedded in the message and more people are composing html messages.
