Although the system is somewhat limited in functionality, as the authors themselves note at the end of the article, but in general they showed a positive result from the use of the system in their particular domain. However, similarly to other CSCW applications, the claimed success is often the result of not only good design and technology, but also a result of an adequate social surrounding. In this case, the particular educational environment seems to promote active behavior, resulting in spontaneously commenting between the students. This is not to criticize, but just to note that this behavior may not be expected in every social institution and therefore the design of other systems should consider it. In general i liked the paper, even though a technological update should be provided.
