It was an interesting, easy to read, straightforward article. It presents interesting arguments against WYSIWIS. It addresses issues that other studies have ignored, or at least have not paid as much attention.

It would be interesting to design a conference room that allowed the use of laptops/notebooks instead of the computers. This would affect the design of the room and table, but will also allow everyone (even people external to the organization) to bring their own information and applications.
