Question 3.
Read the last article in the text, "The Computer for the 21st Century" by Mark
Weiser (pp 933-940.

	a. Summarize this article briefly.  What are the key points and point
	of view?

	b. Consider Weiser's vision in light of the issues raised by Kling (pp
	254-272).  What kinds of controversies are likely to arise if Weiser's
	scenario becomes fact (and why)?  Which communities will benefit and
	which will be negatively affected by these technologies (and why)?
