My name is Cindy Franco and I am a first-year graduate student in Educational Technology. Having completed my first two years of undergraduate work at Texas A&M, and knowing the reputation of the school, I have returned to complete my master's degree. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, with a minor in Computer Science from Sul Ross State University in 1992. I spent the next five years teaching High School Mathematics and coaching the UIL Calculator Applications team. Since the demands of teaching are so great, I decided to leave the teaching profession to concentrate on my education. I am now employed with Blinn College and work in the Learning Center providing academic support. Upon the completion of my degree, I would like to work in Instructional Design. I am taking this course to give me another perspective of the design process.
