We discussed chapters 1 and 2. Some other interesting resources include Donald
Norman's books The Psychology of Everyday Things, Things that Make Us
Smart, and Turn Signals are the Facial Expressions of Automobiles.
These are available as well in a CD-ROM version from Voyager. The Voyager
CD-ROM also includes additional presentations by Norman. I also mentioned the
RISKS-FORUM, edited by Peter Neumann and readable as Usenet group comp.risks.
