Beans, RMI, Voyager
There are today dozens if not hundreds of books dealing with Java, it being the most hyped technology to hit the market since warm water.
Some of the following are reference works and other were chosen because they were the ones available to me. Any recommendations are welcome and should be sent to the address below.
| JavaSoft Java Beans site | The main repository for new releases and reference documentation. |
| Java Beans Specification 1.0.1 | The specification of Java Beans |
| The Beans Tutorial | The official Beans tutorial |
| How to be a Good Bean | A set of guidelines for Beans |
| JAVA in a Nutshell by David Flanagan. O'Reilly, May 1997. Second Edition, ISBN 1-56592-262-X. | A true classic among the many Java books. This is the book to read for (C(++)) programmers moving to Java. It covers Beans in one instructive chapter. |
