new scenario format

The scenarios on the OHS web site
(http://www.csdl.tamu.edu/ohs/scenarios/) have been modified to reflect the new format agreed upon at Southampton in December. Each scenario now has a home page, a scenario description page, and an analysis page. URL's which used to point to scenarios in the old format now point to their home pages.

To submit a scenario, download the template available from the URL above, fill in as much as you can, and mail it to "pnuern_at_csdl.tamu.edu". There may be a small cycle of edits. Then, your submission will be posted to this list and the web site. More details on submitting scenarios can be found at the above URL.
