HOSS Annotation Manager
Description
The Annotation Manager (AnnoMan) serves abstractions for annotating
arbitrary StructBase objects. It provides clients three abstractions:
annotation, annotation link, and annotation
context. Annotations are arbitrary objects that are tagged by the
AnnoMan as being annotations. Annotation links are contentless
objects with two endsets: annotation, that contains exactly one
annotation object id, and; annotated object, that contains
exactly one non-annotation object id. Annotation contexts are
contentless objects with one endset named annotation links that
contains zero or more annotation link ids.
